Bedrooms in our two bedroom, two bathroom apartments have air conditioning, so you can choose a temperature that suits you. Large smart TV's are in the living room and main bedrooms of the two bedroom apartments.
Located next door to one of New Zealand's best loved food-stores with a buzzing cafe, McKibbon's of Royalburn, and a block away from a supermarket, liquor store and fuel station. Across Horne Creek is a ski bus stop which will deliver you safely to Coronet Peak and the Remarkables ski-fields and home.

More than a place to stay.......
Our love of Queenstown began in the 1960’s when our parents brought us here on holiday. As small children we were captivated by the water. For Guy it was playing in the creek at the botanical gardens and for Justine it was looking into the crystal clear water at the jetty at the bottom of the mall.
Queenstown has never lost its magic for us. Whether you like adrenaline fueled activities or pure nature at its finest - it is all right here in Queenstown.
